Which projects do we work on?

La missió de la direcció de Gestió d'Operacions és disposar d'una visió global dels projectes transversals i pressupostos de l'àrea d'Operaciós, gestionar el pressupost d'inversió IT de l'àrea, els projectes de negoci i centralitzar el catàleg d'Oper Operacions, aplicant coherència i igualant criteris, posant el focus en la visió global, donant suport a les diferents direccions de l'àrea de Operacions, facilitant el desenvolupament dels valors i la missió corporatius, dins els objectius de l'àrea que estaran alineats amb el Pla Estratègic.

Els projectes que assumiràs en la posició són:

Gestió global del pressupost IT
Elaboració de presentacions i informes d'anàlisi i evolució de la inversió
Revisió i gestió de les fitxes de projectes proposats en la Direcció.
Gestió global del catàleg d'operacions aplicant coherència i supervisant i acompanyant els equips en les seves actualitzacions

Minimum requirements

Estudis en econòmiques, administració d'empreses..
Es valorarà coneixement en el negoci financer de CaixaBank i el coneixement en la cartera de productes i serveis de l'entitat, així com les operacions associades a aquests.
Es valorarà coneixement de PPM, datapool i Qlicksense
Es valorarà l'experiència prèvia en les funcions del lloc o similars.
Coneixement i maneig d'eines d'emergència (Word, Excel, Access i Powerpoint).
Capacitat de gestió i relació amb altres àrees del banc
