Backing Dual vocational training
This initiative is run in partnership with Fundación CaixaBank Dualiza, an organisation that leads the promotion of Dual vocational training as a strategic tool for boosting employability and strengthening the link between educational institutions and businesses.

Requirements to take part:
- To be a student at a partner Dual vocational training centre associated with the CaixaBank Dual vocational training programme.
- People with the ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a vocation for client service in a financial setting and with relational and communication skills.
- People who identify with the organisation's values, with a high level of commitment and responsibility.
Important
Enrolment for the Dual vocational training programme will be handled exclusively through the training centres with which we work. Students who belong to these centres and are interested in taking part should apply directly to their training centre, following the instructions provided by it.
