The process

Group dynamics

We assess group dynamics in certain recruitment processes, with the aim of learning how you get along with other people, as well as your teamworking skills to overcome specific situations. These take place via different channels and techniques, such as gamification, the use of new technologies or apps.

Specific tests

Depending on the job you apply for and its requirements, we carry out specific tests to assess your knowledge and identify your key skills.

Personal interviews

We want to get to know you better. For this reason, we will arrange personal interviews so you can tell us more about yourself.
