What are we looking for?
The programme is focused on students who have an innovative spirit and a desire to learn, who strive to effectively address new professional challenges and obstacles. Requirements for participating:
- Undergraduate students from any discipline with at least 120 credits passed.
- Be located in Madrid, Barcelona or Territorial corporate centres.
- Possibility of carrying out an internship agreement in collaboration with the university.
- English B2 level will be valued, as well as having completed an international experience related to studied, student exchanges, voluntary work with NGO’s, etc.

1. Who can apply?
The programme focuses on students, regardless of their age. Anyone is eligible to participate, as long as they are studying a degree in any discipline with at least 120 credits passed. We recommend that the studies be complementary with the available grant positions, which will be completed in person in cities of Madrid and Barcelona and Territorial corporate centres.
2. Will there be an edition this year? When?
Yes, there will be a second edition of the programme this year, which will start in March 2025 and will end in September 2025. The application period of this edition will start in January 2025 and it will end in February 2025.
3. How many people will be included?
59 interns will be joining the various work areas in which the internship vacancies are available.
4. What does this programme offer?
Remunerated internships, with flexible working hours, specific onboarding training, mentoring (a tutor will accompany you to further your development) and the possibility of joining CaixaBank as a staff member.
